Description

The Story behind this piece of artwork:

Driving in the New Mexican desert outside Santa Fe, I am struck by this enormous steel cross towering over the sands. More intriguing is the juxtaposition of the Christian symbol with what reminds me of a Bhuddist symbol; white fabric reminiscent of a Monk’s “khata” (white scarves used as blessing by Bhuddist Monks).
