Death is certain, time of death uncertain. This is truth and arguably the only known fact of existence.

 

“We are of the nature to grow old and we are of the nature to have ill-health”, says Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh in the Five Remembrances.

 

And I say, are we not also of the nature to be resilient, persistent, resourceful, and never give up hope?
